At TortillaWorks, we believe the best tortillas start with passion, precision, and a little bit of grit. Based in Anchorage, Alaska, our veteran-owned kitchen brings bold Tex-Mex flavors and old-school craftsmanship to the North. Every tortilla we make — from our Classic and Cheezy Garlic to our spicy Jalaflama and rich Chocolate tortillas — is rolled, pressed, and cooked by hand right here in Alaska using quality ingredients and time-tested methods.

Founded by Chef Justin Curran, a U.S. Navy veteran and professional engineer, TortillaWorks was built on the idea that food should be as honest and hard-working as the people who make it. What started as a small farmers-market booth has grown into a full kitchen on West Benson Boulevard, serving up house-made tortillas, enchiladas with Texas Red Sauce, hearty brisket-and-Boston butt chili, and a rotating lineup of comfort-driven dishes that blend Southern roots with Alaskan heart.
